Mosimane Gape Mogegeh is an accomplished investment professional. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the University of Botswana and certificates in Private Equity from Terrapin Training in South Africa, Mergers and Acquisitions from the Amsterdam Institute of Finance in Holland, and Advanced Valuation Techniques from the Gordon Institute of Business Science in South Africa.
He brings over 24 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, and project finance across the local market. He has a strong track record in developing and executing investment strategies, structuring complex transactions, and driving value creation across portfolio companies.
Mr Mogegeh co-founded Aleyo Capital and Catapult Advisors, both focused on private equity and financial advisory services. He has worked for Botswana Development Corporation as an Investment Principal, Inflection Capital Partners in South Africa, and Botswana Insurance Fund Management as an investment professional.
He has also held various positions in private equity, unit trust, and asset management companies.
